  • Automated label generation: On order confirmation, the system automatically triggered shipping label creation using the Australia Post Label Printing API. Labels were accessible directly from the Magento admin panel.
  • Live tracking updates: Once shipped, customers received tracking numbers linked to AusPost’s tracking service. The system also updated the order status dynamically as new tracking events were received.
  • Delivery estimates at checkout: We implemented Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) functionality using Australia Post’s delivery windows API to set customer expectations accurately.
