4. Iterative Development & Regular Updates

Work is broken into structured milestones and delivered progressively. Progress is logged directly in Teamwork.com so you can check in at any time — no need to wait for a status call. At key milestones, we’ll schedule a check-in to walk you through what’s been completed and confirm the next steps.

5. Testing, Review & Sign-Off

Before anything is finalised, we run thorough testing and a structured review process with you. Feedback is tracked and resolved in Teamwork.com. Nothing is marked complete until you’re satisfied.

6. Launch & Ongoing Support

After sign-off, we handle deployment and remain available for ongoing support.
